State hours, access, utilities, restrooms, storage, cleanup, signage, noise, and incompatible uses.

Require insurance, licenses, written terms, emergency rules, and clear damage responsibility.

Treat a listing as an introduction. Verify the location before relying on it for customers, workers, equipment, or inventory.

Inspect the address, setup area, customer path, parking, loading, utilities, waste, storage, and accessibility.

Bring any permits, inspections, licenses, tax accounts, food approvals, or alcohol approvals your work requires.

Confirm your policy covers your work, equipment, workers, customers, and the location.

Agreement

Use written terms for area, schedule, price, payment, deposits, utilities, cleanup, damage, and permitted use.

Food preparation, mobile food units, or open food sales
Alcohol sales, service, tastings, or sponsored events
Beauty, barbering, cosmetology, massage, medical, or childcare services
Outdoor sales, amplified music, parking-lot events, tents, or sidewalk use
Any residential stay, overnight use, sublease, or activity not already allowed at the property

If a use needs a permit, inspection, credential, or different occupancy, clear it with the city, landlord, insurer, and your own adviser first.
